| | So I have 30 minutes left of work and I am dying to get out of here. For those of you who work a full-time job I'm sure you know what I mean. I just wanna go home, throw on those comfy clothes and kick it back and watch my evening tv. Maybe some pool or video games. My Labor Day vacation cannot possibly come soon enough. It'll be great and I simply can't wait. I also am totally psyched to see Drew this weekend. Mikey leaves super early Thursday morning which is sad :'( He'll be gone for 2 weeks back in Jersey. Oh! Today I heard from an old (well, it's not been that long) friend of mine that I hadn't heard from in a couple of months. Totally made my day and put a smile on my face ....see?!  It's nice when you hear from people that you haven't talked to in forever. I hate it when friends grow apart. It makes me sad  So my mom's best friend from grade school in Germany is coming to the states for the first time with her daughter next weekend. They will be staying with my family for two weeks. Needless to say our house is currently being flipped-turned upside down. Due to our house being a constant work in progress it could always use a little bit of help. Mom is going crazy of course since she gets to see her best friend who she hasn't seen in 38 years :-O When you have an ocean dividing you it kinda happens. Both my mom and Heide are completely falling to pieces in the process and I can only imagine the scene they will create at the airport. Kinda glad I won't be there. So yeah, Labor Day will be super crazy with our house being packed beyond capacity (think I'm gonna be tenting it in the yard  ) not to mention the possibility of meeting Drew's family which can always be a nerve wracking thing. I'm not too stressed about it cause it's small stuff  Ok, 20 minutes left of work.....I can do this. So yeah, heard the roommates again last night....hopefully it'll be much quieter tonight and I'll be able to sleep better than last night which thank goodness was better than the night before. Drew had suggested switching the end of the bed that I sleep in. You're not gonna believe this but it actually worked! Crazy I know. I'm in the midst of doing 5 loads of laundry right now. You cannot imagine the fun in it. So far I have 1 load to wash, and 1 to fold right now. It'll get done by this weekend I figure. I hadn't done laundry in awhile so there's a lot to do. I gotta vacuum and clean the bathroom still this week. Oh yeah! I need to wash the sheets to sometime. It'll get done eventually I suppose just like everything else. Hopefully the boys washed the dishes that have been in the sink.....:-\ Some days I'm great about cleaning the kitchen when I get home and others I just wanna plop myself down on the couch. It happens. You know those pieces of clothing that are either falling apart or have stains on them and really should go but you just simply cannot bear to let them go? I'm wearing one of them right now :-\ My favorite blue and white zip-up hoodie. Chris gave it to me eons ago but I love this thing. Sigh, I've had to give up a few pieces of clothing as of late simply because somehow I am trimming down ....YEA  Yes, it's true....clothes no longer fit. I've had to give up quite a few pairs of pants. Dunno how its happening but somehow it just is. May have to end up going shopping for jeans this fall even though my wardrobe never seems to lack. Eh....we'll see. Ok, it's time for me to slowly starting packing up and jazz....day's over....YES!
